Raymond and Zac from Chess Moving Adelaide were not only friendly and professional, but they were careful and considerate with my furniture. They even went above and beyond with helping to put my bed together and positioning heavy items.

The team were excellent. Raman was organised and professional and extremely helpful. He was also very compassionate for such an emotional day. Amazing what can fit in a truck with someone so methodical and experienced, and I will be thanking them every time I use the leaves and fruits from my special trees. 2nd time using Chess, 1st was to Tasmania, and my 3rd will be when I buy my forever home.

Hi to the Chess team &. Potential clients. Wow!!! You guys are beyond amazing 🤩. We can’t recommend enough on how you all helped us with this huge project. Fantastic effort by all !!! 👏👏 Shout out to Jacob our driver & Leigh our off sider, the enormous effort under very difficult, boggy and intense weather 🌦️ conditions for you both at our final destination, certainly harboured your work load at times. Almost by making it impossible to get completed. Well done. 👏 👏 You both got the impossible task done. Unfortunately no chance for photos of your amazing work because of the rain. 🌧️ Nevertheless , Your expertise, calm and awesome attitude and awesome muscle 💪 power must be mentioned! The Chess team in Adelaide and Perth were amazing through the whole process. From the team in the office coordinating and communicating, to the team moving us out of one property into another in different states. Storing our furniture in between made our move easier. I would recommend Chess Removals and if we move again I would definitely use Chess.

Highly recommend Chess Moving Adelaide! From the beginning, the customer service staff communicated well, and the house packers did an excellent job packing our belongings into boxes without any hassle. Lastly, Brad and Craig are the best two men and a truck; they did their best to move all our boxes and furniture. Friendly and honest service, thank you very much.

Overall I really appreciated what the guys at Chess Removals did. The extra care when packing was marvellous, making sure that none of my belongings were broken. When my belongings arrived at their destination, they were once again treated with great care. The only negative thing was the time that it took from Brisbane to Adelaide. It made me wonder where my belongings had gone to. Communication could have been better in that regard. Quote was acceptable. I would recommend Chess Removals as being trustworthy and reliable. Just used Chess again for another interstate move. 10/10. Fantastic service from customer service through to the final day of delivery. Everything delivered with care and staff went over and above for us, spending time moving things around and putting things together. I was very nervous at the prospect of an interstate move after a very poor experience with the last move, from Brisbane to Adelaide with another larger company. I was very happy with Chess, right from the start Johanna was easy to contact and friendly to deal with including as we made changes or firmed up our plans as to what exactly was to be moved. The arrangements were booked in for the move during the busy New Year window and all went to plan right down to pre delivery of boxes and materials on New Years Eve. On packing day their partner company turned up on time and did a great job with packing our goods, the uplift in Adelaide went smoothly and the crew took great care of our belongings and were courteous and pleasant to deal with. Then on delivery day again in Brisbane we had no problems, Andy and his friendly team were there on time and helpful and courteous, putting furniture items where we wanted them and assembling furniture quickly and to a high standard. We have had almost no damage which is a very different experience from last time with another better known brand - Johanna’s recommendations re using a crate for our piano and specialised packing for TV were well considered. Well done Chess - we would definitely use you again and recommend to others
